UPS Ground: Receive in 1 to 5 business days
FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery: Receive in 1 to 5 business days

PROCESSING & DELIVERY HOURS:

We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays would be processed the next business day.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:

Some pre-ordered items will not be shipped until a later date as indicated in the product description. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES:

Shipping and handling fees depend upon the method of delivery. All standard delivery orders include a handling fee and applicable shipping charges. When you fill out the online order form and select a method of delivery, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your review.

P.O. Boxes:

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

PATCHES:

Due to the influence of COVID-19 we are currently experiencing longer processing times than usual. Delivery times for some orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please bear with us while we work diligently in getting the out to you. 

PACKAGING & DELIVERY:

Orders are shipped in corrugated boxes or poly-mailers with Shipping label on them. 

Packages that are shipped Standard UPS Ground are typically left at the door, porch, or gate at the UPS driver’s discretion. FreegoEV.com does not have any control in the discretion of the UPS driver. Orders placed with a rush status of 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight delivery, require a customer signature in order to be received.

Please note that estimated shipping & delivery times do not include the time it takes for customs clearance of the destination country.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

When ordering merchandise, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

If an international package is rejected by the recipient/importer due to failure to pay any import fees and/or taxes within its country,  reserves all right to refund only the difference between any charges, the cost of any loss in merchandise and the original order payment.
