FreegoEV believes in the quality of our products and our customers to shop with confidence, therefore FreegoEV provides our customers with 30-Day Worry-Free return and exchange service. But before returning or exchanging any goods, please be sure to read the following terms.

Returns, Refunds and Restocking Policies are applicable to all components, accessories and ebikes sold by FreegoEV.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Returns of Items with Quality Problems. Although we firmly believe in the quality of the product, there is still a small chance that the product will fail before leaving the factory or during transportation. If you encounter this situation, we feel very sorry, and you can choose to send the product back to us within 30 days from the day on which you receive your delivery without paying any fees.

Returns of Change of Minds. We understand that there are instances when you might change your mind about your purchases and you can choose to send the product back to us within 30 days from the day on which you receive your delivery. Return freight for products under the Change of Mind Policy is covered by the purchaser (if customers ask FreegoEV to generate the shipping back label, the price will be deducted from the final refund). Additionally, there will be a $50 re-stocking fee applied for all Change of Mind ebike/scooters returns and a $10 re-stocking fee applied for all Change of Mind equipments returns; this will be deducted from your final refund.

Please note that before any return or exchange, please send an email to support@freegoev.com, including proof of purchase, product photos and reasons for return and exchange, we will verify and confirm, otherwise FreegoEV has the right to deny this return or exchange Legitimacy. The product to be sent back to us must not have major man-made damage, otherwise we will charge a depreciation fee of 5-15% according to the degree of damage. We will inspect the product as soon as possible after receiving it, and refund or exchange it for you. 

Refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refused Shipments.  If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a Flat Fee of $75 to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price within $75 deducted via your original payment method.
