This bike is built so well. Very solid. When you receive it, it takes no time at all to get it set up and ready to ride. (And it is SO much fun to ride) Another important point is their customer service. I had a few issues with their shipping partner, however once I contacted them, they replied RIGHT away, were courteous, and solved the problems right away. I highly recommend this company and their products! I am extremely happy with all of my interactions with this great company.
